I get most if not all reviews on books have a balance of good and bad and for the most part all of the reviews have been positive. But this load of bull shit form the Kirkus review has me fuming mad. Most of it was good I’d admit but there was one part that insinuated that I parse child abonnement. In witch I don’t.
So lets look at it form other point of view. Crime writers and other authors of different genre works have rape, murder and more moral offensive attributes that make them works of fiction. So if one takes this point of view then the author of the review on Alexander must have been morally offended and found it right to record it. And go further by telling one how to think and feel.
So whom made the Kirkus Review an authority on the moral high ground? What give them that right?
I do understand now why its unwise to pay for reviews, they have no credibility. Worst still its all factory farmed read the work fast make a half ass review and move on. That’s how Kirkus make there cash. Its sad.
I know now the best reviews come form you. I have grown form this. And will spend more time on my work.
